Hospitality is offered in a small villa divided in three floors, completely restructured and furnished according to a modern style by the spirited colors and solariums. We have 2 independent quadruple rooms (a matrimonial bed and two single beds in every of them) very comforting, all endowed with heating and private bath, with new furnishing from the vivacious and functional lines, parquet in wood of walnut-tree to the floors and beds in beaten iron. To the second floor an ample room breakfast is set with living room provided of Television. The residence is absorbed in the country to few steps from the railway station of Stimigliano Scalo and in the immediate proximities they are present commercial activities of primary utility: restaurant-pizzeria, cafe, Warm Table, alimentary, butchery, gas station, postal office and Bank (Popular Bank of Rieti) provided of counter Automatic teller machine.
